Our Achievers

We are immensely proud of the many students who have brought honour to Child Jesus Matriculation School through their achievements beyond the classroom. Their success is the reward for hours of practice, discipline and determination, and an inspiration to their schoolmates.

At the District-Level Karate Competition, our karate team put up an outstanding performance and won 11 prizes, a remarkable achievement that reflects the strength, focus and self-discipline our martial arts training helps to build.

Our students have also shone in many other arenas. Our JRC team won the third prize in drawing and quiz competitions; Demoth Thilson of Std 8 won a gold medal at the Aero Skater Ball Championship in Namakkal; and D. Janarthanan of Std 9 won a bronze medal at the Trichy District Karate Championship before going on to receive a trophy at the State Level Open Karate Competition.

These successes, across sport, art and general knowledge, reflect the all-round spirit of hard work, courage and confidence that we hope to nurture in every child. We warmly congratulate our young achievers, and we look forward to celebrating many more of their triumphs in the years ahead.
